Quality of Life changes
- When a repel runs out, you will now be prompted to use another of your choosing if you have one!
- Removed the Yes/No options for most HMs for a faster experience
- Various moves can be used as HM substitutes (See documentation for full list)
- The Pokédex now correctly displays Pokémon area locations! There may be some discrepancies as they were manually updated.
- The Johto Pokédex now contains all cross generational evolutions/ baby pokémon
- You can now nickname traded pokémon
- Items that needed to be held by Pokémon upon leveling up to evolve that Pokémon, can now just be used directly like evolution stones.
- You are now able to get 999 rare candies by interacting with the TV in the player’s bedroom
- Doubled the amount of pokéballs you get at the start of the game from 5 to 10

- Apricorn trees will now give you a random amount of apricorn trees from 1 to 3
- When Kurt turns apricorns into pokéballs there’s now a 50% chance he’ll also give you a random item from the following; a tinymushroom, a big mushroom, a soothingsweet, a safari ball or a sport ball
- You can now trade shards to Kurt for him to instantly finish creating Pokéballs
- Added npcs to both game corners and assembly plaza that exchange coins for pokédollars (money)
- Halved the price of the exp and ev grinding trainers
- The ace trainer sisters on route 34 now give you multiple power herbs rather than just one
- Added a trade for a Japanese max IV ditto in Ecruteak City!
- Added a secret switch in Mahogany Town that deactivates the Rocket Hideout security statues a little early
- After reaching the final teleport pad in Clair’s gym, the one way teleport pad at the start of the gym now let’s you warp back to Clair
- After becoming champion or after using the Pokémon League Abra, Natnat will now be able to teleport you to the Pokémon League

- Added a new version of the SoothingSweet to replace the old one. Functionally and visually it’s exactly the same aside from the fact it fixes a glitch that stopped it from working as a held item. Both versions exist but the old one is now unobtainable
Bug Fixes/Continuity Fixes

- Fixed a glitch where passing over invisible triggers momentarily stop player movement
- The charmander gift will now always have the ability drought
- Silver’s starters will now have the same ability throughout the game
- Kris’s hall of fame sprite now displays correctly
- Gold/ Kris are less likely to show the incorrect overworld sprite
