In the same house as the Tradeback Guy

Found in the Shoal Cave after you beat Steven.

Water Starters

Traded for 2 Blue Shards to get one Randomly

Lilycove City in the House east of the Department Store

NOTE: If you get Squirtle or Mudkip after your sixth badge they will hold a Mega Stone

Dracovish   –   Traded for an Appletun in the same place you traded for a horsea in vanilla emerald

Dracozolt   –   Traded for a Raichu in the Battle Frontier
