Pokémon Balance Changes

1. Cacturne
   1. HP 70 -> 75
   2. Def 60 -> 65
   3. Sp. Def 60 -> 65
   4. Spd 55 -> 65
   5. New Base Stats: 475 -> 500
2. Crawdaunt
   1. HP 63 -> 75
   2. Sp. Def 55 -> 65
   3. Spd 55 -> 65
   4. New Base Stats: 468 -> 500

*These balances are an attempt to align Crawdaunt and Cacturne with Houndoom to make all the starters equally viable*

All Eevee evolutions now learn 2 new moves when they evolve plus another move when they get to level 46

• Ultraball catch rate: 20 -> 50

• Starters and Eevee level up faster

• The Forest and Cave option each have a pool of 3 bosses that 1 is randomly chosen from so save and reset!
